Built from the buyer's side

One of the people behind Procright oversaw half a billion dollars of enterprise procurement. This is the analyst that desk needed.

We are early, and deliberate about it: a small number of procurement teams, worked with closely, on real categories. Founding teams get founding terms and a direct line to the people building the product.

The standing offer

Bring us a real purchase. Closed or coming up.

One you already made, or one you’re weighing right now. We run it beside your process from the same spec and quotes. Then you see exactly what we’d catch.Nothing live is touched. We only analyze.

Questions ( 6 )

Asked by every serious buyer.

If yours is missing, it fits in one email: hi@procright.com

We already run SAP, Ariba or a supplier portal.

Fair, and keep them. Those run the process. They don't read a dozen quotes and tell you which one actually wins once the specs, exclusions and payment terms line up. That part is still done by hand, and that is the part we replace.

Is the reasoning a black box?

No, and this is the core of the product. Every answer in the comparison cites the exact source it came from: the clause in the quote, the page in the manual, the line in the datasheet. Each requirement is answered yes, no or partial, never "mostly". If you cannot trace a number, we have failed at the one thing we exist for.

What happens to our data and our suppliers' quotes?

NDA before any file moves. Your documents live in an isolated workspace with role-based access, and they stay yours. Security documentation is available on request before a pilot starts, so InfoSec can review in parallel instead of at the end.

How fast can we actually start?

Days. The first event runs on documents you already have: the spec, the quotes, the annexes. No integration is required to start, and Excel and DOCX exports mean the output drops into your existing process on day one.

Does the team have to change how it works?

No. Tools that dictate a new workflow get quietly worked around, and workaround spend is worse than the problem they were bought to solve. Procright takes the reading and lining-up work out of the process you already run, and hands the decision back to you.

What does it cost?

Plans scale by specification volume and team size, from a focused buying team to a public-sector office. The tiers are here. Founding pilots are scoped with you directly, sized so a single sourcing event can justify the decision.
